Terms & Conditions

These terms of use ("Agreement") are a legal and binding agreement between you as the User and Unknotd Private Limited and/or its affiliates (“GARDMEI”). This Agreement governs your use of the Application and Services. By registering on or using the Application/Service, you acknowledge you have read and understood this Agreement, consent to become a party to it, and agree to be bound by it.

Gardmei is a marketplace/platform for consumers and organizations to sell/buy & Transfer Ownership of their used, old and other articles with third-party companies and other entities and persons (collectively, “Third Parties”). Gardmei allows users to sell/buy/transfer ownership of mobile & other electronic devices.

Important Note: Gardmei may not be directly involved in the transaction between user(s) and third-party professional(s). The Third Parties/other users are solely responsible to you for all aspects of your sales and transactions with them.

User Responsibility: Users should ensure the genuineness of the buyer/seller before proceeding with the transaction through Gardmei. ID proofs of seller/buyer should always be checked and verified with Gardmei before conducting transactions.

• A. Your Information and Privacy

  By using the site, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to conform to these terms and conditions, and warrant the accuracy, truthfulness, and currency of all information submitted.
  
  Personal information (including MSISDN, name, email, gender, location, and Financial Information) may be requested for registration and service provision. Your personal information will be used in accordance with the privacy policy.
  
  Access to the Site/App is restricted to users with login passwords. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
  
  Non-personally identifiable information may be collected to improve design and analyze service usage.

• B. Definitions (Key Terms)

  Application: Gardmei App and website www.gardmei.com.
  
  Device: Any device (including mobile handsets and tablets) on which Gardmei allows the downloading and use of the Application.
  
  SISDN: The Mobile Subscriber Integrated Services Digital Network-Number that a User uses to register on the Application.
  
  User(s): An end user of the Application who has downloaded and validly registered for the Services.
  
  User Material: Posting messages, submitting reviews, inputting data, or engaging in any other form of communication through the Application and/or Service.

• C. Requirements and Restrictions: Registration To avail the Service, you may need to register on Gardmei's website or on the Application and create an account, which may involve:
  (a) setting up a profile,
  (b) providing your MSISDN, name, email, gender and location,
  (c) creating a username and password,
  (d) providing your Financial Information, and (e) providing other data and information that Gardmei requires.
